You don't know to use and play properly a warrior. A well-builded Koss is very powerful, both for support and damage.

At the risk of turning this into a Koss thread, I agree with glountz. Koss has the best war AI. Equip him with an axe and he makes a lethal damage dealer. Unlike other wars, he won't run off and aggro another group while in battle, either('cough'Devona).

Its just all about tactics, pulling and timing! Its actually more an intelligent mission then most people realise.
Alot of people think its just a hack+slash mission, and just get in there and kill. But its one of the more tactical missions in that campaign and I enjoy it because it gets you thinking.

/Not signed to making it Easier because its already easy
The Golden rule of Gw if at 1st u dont suceed try try again and change build and/or tactics.
I happened to do this mission just last night with my Necro for the sole purpose so that a friend could get Masters (since i already have it for myself), We ran to the middle area, killed just 1 harbinger, cleared patrols and then other mobs between, pulled the side groups down and killed them, then i flag in the end area to keep hold of patrols while i ran Lights to the side ones (including the Masters ones), Then i ran 3 lights not far from the Main harbinger, carryed on to him got the rest of my party to keep everythign busy and then just finish the things off with the last two nearby Lights. My friend seemed very suprised that the mission is considered one of the hardest ones to Master in Nf by some.

I sympathise with the guy when i originally did this i screwed up totally, when i figured out what to do, I still didnt get it, I got standard and then tried to figure out where the bonus was. This was with H/H, i found it nigh imposible to do with H/H as it was esy to miss patrols while tryign to pull the bonus groups. However I did it with my wife, had heores to make up the 6 other members and it was easy.
I recommend not using PUG's only using I reliable friend, and then the mission is not too difficult, I haven't done HM yet so no idea how hard it is.
But I do agree it is a hard mission if you are not prepared and don't have reliable group.
I don;t think its necessary to make it eaier though. I found other misions far more difficult to master
